Advantage Blow Mouldings, formerly known as Hadley Hargreaves, is a UK based blow moulder specialising in small-batch, heavy wall mouldings.

We have two Blow Moulding Controls Limited leak decay testing machines and develop fixtures and test programmes for customer requirements
Our experience comes from moulding our own products for the automotive industry for our Advantage Automotive division, Advantage Blow Mouldings business is blow moulding components to our customers’ bespoke specifications including beer kegs and knapsack sprayers.
We mould all kinds of plastic container, including windscreen washer bottles, expansion tanks, coolant tanks, sprayer reservoirs, water containers, fuel tanks, to name a few.)
We mould products on accumulator head machines which gives us greater control over the wall thickness and enables us to form intricate shapes and maintain a consistent wall thickness.
We mould in a range of colours and materials and can offer small batch sizes, with runs of 50 – 150,000 units, for items between 0.1 litre and 120 litre capacity across three different machines.
We can also work with our long-term strategic partners to supply injection mouldings, rubber/silicon mouldings and rotational mouldings, allowing us to provide a complete and fully managed technical solution.
We work with design consultancies, rapid prototypers and several toolmakers to ensure a high-quality end product. We use both UK and offshore toolmakers depending on customer-specific requirements.

Our blow moulding facility is ISO9001 2015 accredited, and we can provide full PPAP documentation if required.
